Be Fierce in Black
BLACK!!! BLACK!!! BLACK!!! I ABOSLUTELY LOVE THIS COLOR!!! Black brings a sense of confidence that no other color can bring to me. "The color black relates to the hidden, the secretive and the unknown, and as a result it creates an air of mystery".
In fashion this makes perfect sense. How many times have you worn black because you knew you would look and feel extra slimming? I know I am guilty of this. black is considered to be an authoritative color. It evokes strong emotions and too much of it can also be dangerous. Too much of this color can also be an indicator that a person is dealing with something such as depression, mourning the death of a loved one, being secretive, and etc..... But to most people I know, BLACK represents power, sophistication, elegance, formality, mystery, and the unknown.
How does the color black make you feel?
As for me, it makes me feel like I can take on the world, but be careful. Too much of anything can be a hazard.
Black is the most slimming of all colors. It is the most flattering. You can wear black at any time. You can wear it at any age. You can wear it for almost any occasion. I could write a book about black.
