This look to me is very basic. But it's the color and details that makes this outfit POP. This look is versatile and can be dressed up or dressed down:
Top portion can remain the same but instead of a skirt you can pair it with shorts/ instead of heels you can add some flats or even sneakers.
Top remains the same/ add ripped jeans
Remove the blazer/only top/ add regular skinny jeans
